Job Title: Executive Assistant (Part-Time)

About Us:

Outdoor Leadership Training (OLT) offers transformative outdoor adventure programs for youth. Through teamwork, mentorship, and nature-based experiences, we build confidence, resilience, and strong character, helping them grow into capable young adults.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dependable and proactive Executive Assistant to provide crucial support to our Program Director and ensure the seamless execution of our impactful programs and events. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule and the chance to contribute directly to our mission.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Program Director.

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and setup of weekly and seasonal programs and events.

  • Manage email communications professionally and efficiently.

  • Coordinate scheduling and maintain the Program Director's calendar.

  • Maintain accurate participant records and support registration processes.

  • Help organize and manage supplies, equipment, and logistical arrangements for events.

  • Communicate effectively with parents, volunteers, and vendors as needed.

  • Provide occasional on-site support for event preparation and follow-up.

Qualifications:

  • Proven strong organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal).

  • Experience in administrative support or event coordination.

  • You are a self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • A genuine interest in youth development and the outdoors is a significant plus.

  • Comfort and confidence working independently with minimal supervision.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is essential.

  • Fluency in both English and Hebrew is required.

  • Position Type: Part-Time (Approximately 10 hours/week)

  • Location: [Insert City/Region or “Remote with occasional local event support”]

  • Hours: Flexible schedule, with some availability required for program/event timelines.

  • Compensation: Based on experience.
