Outdoor Leadership Training (OLT) serves over 100 children every week across Israel and the United States, providing outdoor education, leadership development, and life-changing experiences.

We work with children from all backgrounds, including those facing financial hardship and other significant challenges. Our goal is simple: to ensure that every child has the opportunity to build confidence, resilience, and leadership skills—regardless of their circumstances.
