The Reality Behind the Reel
For every incredible moment we capture, there are hours of scrolling through empty frames, false triggers, and nature's most boring outtakes. A branch catches the wind. The camera goes wild. You sit there clicking through hundreds of identical shots just to make sure you haven't missed anything hiding in there.
And sometimes you haven't. Sometimes it really is just a twig.
But then — sometimes — you get a hyena licking the lens.
The Good Stuff
When it works, it really works. We've had hyenas walk right up and investigate the camera up close and personal. We've caught a bird hopping around in the dark, going about its night like it owns the place. There's even a mouse in there that somehow managed to trigger the sensor.
